The Exercise Referral Scheme is a progressive exercise programme that is delivered by the Swan Centre and supported by Northumberland Care Trust and in conjunction with local GP's and other Health Practitioners. It is a great alternative way to improve your medical condition, health, lifestyle and well being.

    Exercise based on individual needs

Fit 4 Life exercise sessions
    Circuit based activity session
    Work to own levels
Tuesdays 12:00 - 13:00pm; Thursdays 10:45 - 11:45am

Aqua Health
    Water based activity   
    Non weight bearing
    Good for joints

Term Time - Thursdays 3-4pm
School Holidays - Thursdays 6-7pm
