Mind, Body & Soul
An exercise class set to music that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
Combining the fundamental principles and practices of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi.
This class brings the mind & soul into a state of balance & harmony.
Pump FX/Express Pump FX
Simple, safe and eff ective resistance training exercises using barbells and set to
powerful, motivating music in a group fi tness environment.
Circuits
Various stations are designed to improve muscular strength & endurance, aerobic
fi tness & co-ordination. Suitable for moderate to high fi tness levels.
Bums, Tums & Thighs
A class for all fi tness levels to help tone problem areas. Suitable for all fi tness levels.
Step Aerobics
All over body workout using exercises on and around the step set to rhythmic
music. Suitable for moderate to high fitness levels.
